The following reservation and cancellation conditions apply to all reservations:

• Reserved tickets must be paid for and collected on site the same evening in cash or by bank card.
• Boxes are opened 60 minutes before boarding time.
• In the event of late arrival at boarding, you may no longer be able to access the concert, no reimbursement will be made in this case.
• The temperature in the cave is 15 degrees, bring clothes accordingly.

Terms of cancelation :

• Cancellation up to 24 hours before the concert: no cancellation fees
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the concert: invoicing of 100% of the ticket price
