Dogs are welcome and a space is reserved for them to wait during your visit. However, they are not allowed in the boats or inside the reception buildings. Dogs that can be carried in a bag can however be taken along as long as they remain in their bag. We have a limited number of places in the waiting area reserved for dogs, reservations are not possible.

It is forbidden to eat and drink during public visits. Our terrace with refreshment bar is at your disposal before and after the visit. However, if you wish to toast aboard a boat, we offer you our private visits with aperitif on board.

The temperature inside the cave is 15 degrees, the guided tour lasts 30 minutes.

No, the nearby train stations of Sion and Sierre have lockers.

No, you can however leave your luggage on the boarding platform. Le Lac Souterrain declines all responsibility in case of theft or damage.

No. Le Lac is 1 km from the St-Leonard’s train station, 10 minutes walk, follow the signs.

Taxis are available at the Sion and Sierre train stations.
