Duration of the boat ride is about 30 minutes and the temperature in the cave is 15 Celsius. Expect to be at our location for about 60 minutes alltogether.

Prior booking is higly reccomended for all guests. You might use our online booking system to choose a suitable date and time for your visit. Last minute online booking are welcome. Make sure to be at the check-in desk 15 minutes before the chosen time. All tours are guided tours on a boat with explanations in English, French and German. Other languages on request depending on availability. Pictures without flash allowed. It is not possible to access the cave on foot. Swimming and diving are not permitted. Before or after your visit our new didactic area will allow the curious to understand the mysteries of the cavity and its formation over the centuries, while lovers of minerals of all kinds will appreciate the shop and gourmets will take a break in the cafeteria.
